A beautiful bespoke fountain pen turned from Purpleheart wood with a gunmetal-toned clip and Hobble Creek’s “Dark Star” resin used for the decorative ring, grip section and cabochon.
The wood from which this beauty was turned was dried in-house and infused with resin under vacuum pressure before being shaped by hand. This fountain pen comes standard with a Jowo #6 stainless steel nib, a Schmidt K5 converter, and accepts standard international fountain pen ink cartridges.
Every pen I make is unique! This particular pen is 154mm capped (139mm uncapped), a diameter of 11.18mm at the thinnest part of the grip section, 14.72mm at the widest part of the body and 16.8mm at the cap, and weighs 25.78 grams un-inked (13.8 grams without the cap).
Note: I currently stock custom etched stainless-steel Jowo #6 nibs in fine, medium and broad. Other styles of nib (including 14k and 18k gold) can be acquired if needed. Contact me for more information!
