A beautiful bespoke fountain pen turned from Spalted Tamerind with a gunmetal-toned clip and Hobble Creek’s “Black Widow” resin used for the decorative ring, grip section and cabochon.
The wood from which this hefty beauty was turned was dried in-house and infused with resin under vacuum pressure before being shaped by hand. This fountain pen comes standard with a Jowo #6 stainless steel nib, a Schmidt K5 converter, and accepts standard international fountain pen ink cartridges.
Every pen I make is unique! This particular pen is 159mm long when capped (144mm uncapped), has a diameter of 10.34mm at the thinnest part of the grip section, 15.4mm at the widest part of the body and 17.76mm at the cap, and weighs 31.6 grams un-inked (16.84 grams without the cap).
Note: I currently stock custom etched stainless-steel Jowo #6 nibs in fine, medium and broad. Other styles of nib (including 14k and 18k gold) can be acquired if needed. Contact me for more information!
